1. Appointments
How to Book: Message us on WhatsApp, Instagram, or TikTok DM. We will send you a Google Form to complete.
Confirmation & Deposit: Your booking will be confirmed within 24 hours. A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot.
Be Ready: Please ensure your car is ready for us to start (cleared out, unlocked, etc.).
A £15 surcharge may apply if the car is not ready or accessible within 15 minutes of the scheduled time.

2. Cancellations & Changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
For cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

3. Payment
Accepted Methods: Cash, debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Deposit: The 50% deposit must be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.
Final Payment: The remaining balance is due immediately after the job is completed.
4. Vehicle Condition
Existing Damage: We are not liable for any damage that was already present on the vehicle before the service.
Excess Dirt or Pet Hair: If the vehicle requires significantly more time to clean due to heavy dirt, pet hair, or similar issues not shown in photos or disclosed before booking, an additional charge of £15 may apply.
Personal Belongings: Please remove all valuables and personal items before your appointment. We are not responsible for any items left inside the vehicle.
Stain Removal: We will do our best to clean stains from the seats; however, deep-set stains such as paint, dye, or similar substances may not be fully removable.
5. Bad Weather
In adverse weather conditions, we may need to reschedule your mobile appointment.
6. Service Time
All times are approximate. Larger or dirtier vehicles may require more time.
7. Mobile Service Area
We cover up to 10 miles from Hayes (UB3).
For locations beyond this, a charge of 50p per extra mile applies.
8. Liability
We carry full Public Liability Insurance.
We are not responsible for any unexpected issues with the vehicle during or after cleaning (e.g., electrical faults).
9. What We Need From You
For mobile services, we require:

A working outdoor tap

A plug socket within 15 metres

Sufficient space to work safely around the car (a driveway is ideal)
If these are not available, we may only be able to provide a reduced service.
